El CONTRATISTA se compromete con el Municipio de Pasto a prestar el SERVICIO DE ATENCIÓN DE EMERGENCIAS VETERINARIAS PRIORITARIAS; de acuerdo a las especificaciones y directrices brindadas por la Secretaría De Gestión Ambiental; bajo la modalidad de monto agotable.
